Great article on Photo Radar in the USA

We all know this is a very contentious topic. Why we have been so complacent about photo radar in Alberta? Other Provinces have stopped the practice. I have a many questions. We all suspect it is really a tax grab in the end and not a deterrent to speeding. But a tax grab from whom, and how much. And where do these revenues actually go and to whom?
