Before light on the morning of January 15th 2010 in downtown Spruce Grove an early morning jogger was seen flaunting what appeared to be a large flaming joint.

Her unwillingness to share was apparent and enforced by a large entourage of sinister men dressed in dark clothing surrounding the “precious”.

When asked where she was headed, passer-by’s thought she was headed for City Hall. One could only guess at why. Maybe she felt “Lords and Ladies” at City Hall and Council need to lighten up a bit?

The joggers were followed by a large contingent of RCMP in hot pursuit. I feel much safer now.
