Correction of the City's assessment notice.

The sentence is question is: All properties within the City of Spruce Grove are reassessed annually in order to reflect market values.  The sentence should read: All properties within the City of Spruce Grove are reassessed annually in order to glean even more money from the already cash strapped overtaxed citizens, so that council may construct more edifices to their glory, that the people of Spruce Grove do not need, want and may not vote upon before the money is spent without their permission.
