Spruce Grove Votes

Contrary to what our City Councilors are telling us, the best thing about Spruce Grove is not their financial management of the City’s money, nor all the now unaffordable sports facilities, nor all the forced development and growth justified by the hopes of lower taxes in the future but the best thing we have is what we already have, the things that grow naturally.

The images I made this morning in the park are the proof that the best things in Spruce Grove are not forced to grow but are LET to grow.

Nice post. Unfortunately, I got my tax notice a couple of days ago and it's official. The largest monthly bill I have to pay is the town's tax.  Being on CPP, I have to set aside that grocery and gas money for our socialist minded city council so that they may continue build and point to, saying "Do you see that thing? I built that." No you didn't. Although 'we' didn't want to, you spent our money to build what we don't want.

And by the way, raising taxes is not the 'hard choice'.  Fiscal responsibility is the hard choice.

PS - Yes, I called them socialists even though most of them pay lip service to the province and say they are conservative.  Their actions say otherwise.
